There is no fee for this permit, but you must have a permit before you begin your project. A sidewalk permit can be obtained at the City Building/Zoning Office, 301 Harding Way East (468-2642). You will be also be provided with the proper specifications for the sidewalk in your area.

Inspections needed:  Call for inspection after forms are in place, but before concrete is poured.
Final Inspection (upon completion or before use).

Note: It is your responsibility to call the City Building/Zoning Office at 468-2642 at least 48 hours before concrete is to be poured.
