Planning and Zoning Commission

Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m.

1. Prepare a recommended comprehensive plan for the development of Galion
2. Recommend Subdivision Control Regulations, a revised zoning ordinance, and any building codes or ordinances
3. Hear and make recommendation on all petitions
4. Review all site plans submitted and approve or disapprove the same
5. Review all requests and/or administrative recommendations for traffic control measures
6. Review each structural capital improvement proposed and acquisition of land and/or buildings
7. Administer the subdivision control ordinance and have final approval
