The Splash Park is Galion's newest recreational feature. It is an aquatic playground with interactive water features suitable for children up to age 12. It is located at East Park, 1201 East Walnut Street.
There is no charge for admission.
Toby the Tiger - a slide with water effects
Rocky Rain - a rock arch with falling water
Tyrone Tiger - a sprayer that looks like a tiger

The Splash Park has a water recirculation system: When water goes into a drain, it flows into a retention tank to be filtered and treated. Other control systems are in place that can turn off any of the water features or adjust water pressure and temperature.
The Splash Park is available for private rentals outside of normal hours. The fee is $100 for a two hour rental. Call the Mayor's Office at 419-468-1857 for more information.
